Think of it as having an experienced A&R consultant available 24/7, for a fraction of the cost.
What audio formats do you support?
We support all major audio formats including MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, OGG, and M4A. For best results, we recommend uploading high-quality files (320kbps MP3 or WAV).

Is my track that I upload safe when working with your app?
Your audio files are securely stored on encrypted servers for as long as your account is active, enabling features like your Library, re-analysis, and Promo Plans. Files are never shared with third parties or used for any purpose beyond delivering your TuneScore analysis. You can delete any track from your Library at any time, which permanently removes the audio file from our servers. If you delete your account, all associated audio files are permanently deleted within 30 days.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
